Interesting job we just done for our friends Shred & Butta fitted a 8kw Autoterm.store UK air heater into a very cool mobile dj truck to keep the occupants warm while in the alps at there events. We fitted an agm battery with a solar panel on the roof and a mains battery charger. We fitted another pair of solar panels to help charge the @clayton power packs charged. We also fitted 20 usb/usb-c charging points to the customers spec it’s off on its first event tomorrow 😎

Busy couple of days first fix of Victron inverter ,solar set up ,and split charger to make this camper off grid a 4kw Autoterm.store UK heater being fitted too.

Job carried out in the workshop by lewis the customer is planning on travelling Europe and beyond wanted to be off grid. So for there known reliability we built a system mainly of Victron. A 3000w multiplus was used along with mppt and Orion b2b. We used the lynx system for distribution and power monitoring with blue sea supplying the 12v fuse box and isolation switch. Mains power is fed into an ip rated consumer unit with double pole double pole rcbos. Which we colour coded to match all 240v cabling been done in ho7rn-f cable to be fully compliant as the commonly used blue artic cable is not compliant with regs. There is a 300w solar panel on the roof and power comes from a pair of 6v285ah battery’s all the equipment was then set up on the laptop for correct operation to optimise power BMS Technologies #victronenergy #overlanding #offgridcamping #subzerouk #camperelectrics #k

Job we done yesterday non working heater ruff running engine. We took fuel sample found a lot of water present (left jar). We decided on using our machine to clean the tank. The fuel was passed through a magnetic filter then a 1 micron sock filter before going through pair of water filters and back into the tank. We finished with nice clean fuel heater bleed through back and running.

This was an interesting job a new vw multivan the way the floor is there isn’t a conventional location for a heater so we took an eberspacher mounting box with ducting attachment’s fabricated so mounts to hold the box and managed to run the ducting to the door shuts.
For custom heater installs we can do this at our workshop as we have a lot of metal fabrication equipment 😎

This week we have been busy working in partnership with cappagh brown servicing all there autoterm and eberspacher diesel heaters fitted in there jetter vans to stop them freezing one van is back next week carrying out repairs and continuing the servicing. New Autoterm 4k fitted in yacht yesterday replacing a tired webasto. Dover Marina
Job that was done today by lewis. Customer just moved to full time in a Marina wanted a 240 upgrade. So we fitted external hookup socked to an isolation generator to a 2k victron Multiplus. We upgraded to the correct plastic consumer units with double pole double throw isolation

I had mine done a couple weeks ago, good price, great work. Would recommend
120 quid online... couple of hour to fit . Easy job
Fitted 5 years ago for £200. Plumbed into tank took about 3.1/2 hours. Prepared van for instal myself. Has never let me down. Changed glo once.😎
